  4. For orders via the design and ordering software Pixum Fotowelt (with a delivery address within Germany), the vouchers must be redeemed in the last step of the order - shortly before the final confirmation of the purchase.  
  1. You can redeem the voucher on the Internet at www.pixum.de.
  2. Please note that the vouchers that you purchase are subject to separate terms and conditions.
  3. Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order - but Pixum assures you that several Pixum vouchers will also be credited to your order at Pixum.

  5. The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  6. The remaining credit remains on your voucher.
  7. You can redeem the voucher in partial amounts by calling the following number: 02236 88 66 88.
  8. The telephone customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  9. On weekends, the service is available between 12:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
